Lisa Aiello (lisaaiello) | 2460 comments Again, not sure if I posed, but my June pick, "A Stone In The Sea" didn't fare too well. 2 stars for me.

message 152: by Robin (new)

Robin Hill (robinhill) | 1528 comments I'm going to try to jump back in for July. I'm picking The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo. I'm going to *try* not to compare it to other TJR books, but that may be an impossible feat.

Fabi NEEDS Email Notifications | 872 comments That's works well! Isn't numbers in the title or something? I have my July picked out too. It's on my schedule so I must have picked it way back when we first started the challenge.

message 154: by Robin (new)

Robin Hill (robinhill) | 1528 comments It's numbers and I'm not in the mood for Six of Crows which was the one I was planning on reading. I'm going to read this one just for the writing and try really effing hard not to take it personally she doesn't love me anymore. Who knows? I'm expecting the absolute worst; I may be pleasantly surprised. 😂

Fabi NEEDS Email Notifications | 872 comments She doesn't love you anymore? *gasp* Eeeeveryone loves you.

message 156: by Robin (new)

Robin Hill (robinhill) | 1528 comments Hard to believe, I know.

message 157: by Leslie (new)

Leslie | 2430 comments Robin, why doesnt TJR love you anymore? Did you do something to her at the conference????

message 158: by Robin (new)

Robin Hill (robinhill) | 1528 comments LOL no. My book bestie told me this one is NOTHING like her others and I've been looking forward to it forever. FOR-EV-ER. She told me to be prepared. 😭😭😭

message 159: by Leslie (new)

Leslie | 2430 comments It does sound interesting though.

Lisa Aiello (lisaaiello) | 2460 comments Can't remember if I posted, but I read 27 Truths and then 27 Lies for my July challenge, and 5 starred the heck out of them!!! That's 2 for the price of 1 off the TBR. Score!!!

message 177: by Lisa (new)

Lisa Aiello (lisaaiello) | 2460 comments October's Challenge is "Next In Series", so I'm going to go with Neighborhood (Twin Estates #2) by Stylo Fantome. Is everyone still doing this one?

message 178: by Leslie (new)

Leslie | 2430 comments I AM! I AM! I wasn't sure who was setting up new thread. I am doing The Difference Between Us (Opposites Attract #2) The Difference Between Us (Opposites Attract, #2) by Rachel Higginson

message 179: by Lisa (new)

Lisa Aiello (lisaaiello) | 2460 comments Oooooo...I forgot about that one. Good choice, Leslie!!!

message 180: by Leslie (new)

Leslie | 2430 comments Lisa, so far it's WICKED good. Better than first book.

message 181: by Jean (new)

Jean | 1658 comments I'm doing this too. I just have to figure out which book. I have so many "next in series" to choose from!

message 182: by Leslie (new)

Leslie | 2430 comments Jean, any specific ones you are thinking of? Maybe we can help with recs?

*rubs hands together with glee and tries to think of death book to recommend *

Ha ha ha. Kidding! (sort of)

message 183: by Tessa (new)

Tessa | 1761 comments Oh! I've known forever which book to read this month. :)

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2... Rush by Kimberly Stedronsky Adams. I know once I finish this one, I'll be able to jump into the next.

message 184: by Jean (new)

Jean | 1658 comments Leslie! How could you? I don't need a death book right now.....seriously.....

Just skimming through my To-Read shelf, here's what I came up with. Ready?
Lover Reborn
Ripped and Legend
Before Jamaica Lane
Thief of Hearts
Second Grave on the Left
Stay
Forever Rockers
Promise Me Once
Taming the Storm
I'm In It
Quintessentially Q
Scandalous
Give Me Your Answer True

And I have so many more.....too many to list!

Any feedback from you guys is appreciated!

Of course! I'm 40% in the audio and OMG. Still as amazing! I think I'm beginning to like this one more than TMIL and that's my favorite book ever!

message 189: by Tessa (new)

Tessa | 1761 comments Though, Jean, when you read Quintessentially Q, tell me. I still need to read that one too.

message 190: by Lisa (new)

Lisa Aiello (lisaaiello) | 2460 comments I recommend Quintessentially Q or Give Me Your Answer True...if you're taking votes :)

message 191: by Jean (new)

Jean | 1658 comments I love you guys! let me see if I get any more responses here and then I'll make a decision.

message 192: by Leslie (new)

Leslie | 2430 comments Ok Jean, I think we can narrow it down for you.

I can recommend Before Jamaica Lane (On Dublin Street, #3) by Samantha Young

I want to read and have heard great things about Quintessentially Q (Monsters in the Dark, #2) by Pepper Winters

EVERYONE is going crazy over Give Me Your Answer True (The Fish Tales, #2) by Suanne Laqueur

I guess it depends on your mood.
