In a thread on 2017 resolutions, several people thought that it wasn't worth it making resolutions b/c they don't hold to them. It's a valid point. To make it more likely that we do meet a resolution, a goal, what do we need to do?
I think that we need to make sure it's realistic, that we really want to do it, and put a plan and schedule in place to accomplish it. A lot of work, right? That's where being realistic comes into play. And I'd be derelict in my duty as a Goodreads member if I didn't recommend a book.
