Abigail Bok (regency_reader) Hi, Victoria, for you I’ll pick the Carrie Bebris book, The Suspicion at Sanditon (Or, The Disappearance of Lady Denham). I love Sanditon and have heard lots of good things about this series! I think I read the first one years ago, and it was good fun.

message 90: by Abigail (new)

Abigail Bok (regency_reader) That’s a great choice for me, Erika! In fact, I already have it and I don’t have Waterloo Map, so you’ve offered me the path of least resistance. I’m looking forward to seeing what Robert Rodi does with the story—he’s a clever guy and I adore the juvenilia.

Hello! I know i say this every time i have to pick for someone but it is really hard. There were a lot of good books on the list. I finally came to a decision and you will be reading Miss Bingley's Revenge. Hope you enjoy. I have recently been intrigued by the character of Caroline Bingley. I am interested to see what you think of this book, and how vicious they paint her.

Hi Mary, for the most part, I highly enjoyed it! Thx!! I just wish Jane didn't have a few "troubles". (Jane is actually my 2nd fav Austen heroine, Lizzy is 3rd). A few "disbelief" moments as well....drops it to 4.5-4.75...which still is 5! "Alt-ratings"????? Cheers!
