Removal of author name and book's shelf issues.

Quest for Gray Ironbark Shadow Run

Hi! I have two separate issues: I would like to remove my YA author name (AdriAnne Strickland) from this middle grade book (by A.M. Strickland) to keep the branding separate: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

The second issue is that for my book, SHADOW RUN, its "top shelves" stats aren't updating (https://www.goodreads.com/work/shelve...). The number on the "to read" list has been stuck at 2641 for a couple weeks even though the books stats says people are adding it daily. It makes it hard to tell if certain promotional activities are having an effect, especially with a giveaway that will be active shortly. Is there anything that could please be done to fix it?

For the first book, was it ever released with a cover showing AdriAnne Strickland? If you wish to claim the A.M. Strickland profile, you can do so BUT it will need to use a separate email address from the one you use on the AdriAnne profile. Before doing that, however, we will need to ensure that only your works are on the page that you claim.

For the second issue Stats are currently somewhat wonky. This is a known issue, unfortunately. Librarians can only 'poke'' the ratings stats, and this is not always effective. I would suggest possibly posting in the Feedback forum as that is more effective with regards to site functionality.

No, the first book, Quest for Gray Ironbark, was never released with the name AdriAnne Strickland, only A.M. Strickland, so I just want it to be listed under that name.
