I generally go with the Science Fiction or Fantasy book if one is offered, so this month I went with K.F. Breene's Fate of Perfection. I haven't started it yet.I've decided to challenge myself to read at least the first three chapters of my selected Kindle First book each month. I hope this group takes off.
I read Fate of Perfection. I thought it was interesting and also kind of flat. There are others in the series but it didn't leave me interested enough to read on. The Kindle First books are pretty hit or miss.

I wholeheartedly agree. Sadly, the ones I've selected have been more miss than hit. I found the same to be true with Kindle Unlimited selections.

this month's Kindle First books, I'm going with Fate of Perfection by K. F. Breene, an author I've never read before and a genre that sounds interesting, but isn't normally my first pick. My Kindle First books have been more hit than miss, but hope springs eternal.
