Just completed #21 (nonhuman perspective) - Daughter of Smoke & Bone by Laini Taylor. This book started out very slow and a touch teen angsty. However, once the world was revealed and became more intricate, it got very interesting. Writing was good and characters were complex. Definitely worth reading! 4 stars29/30

I liked it - had a hard time putting it down. Not sure if that was that I loved the story or if I needed closure - there was definitely both aspects to it. Absolutely food for thought and a bit scary relative to our world today.
I think we're going to see the movie this weekend.

Thanks Kathi, the movie is only coming out may 11th here in Holland, but I don't think I'll manage reading it before that.
