Hero went on 1 date with heroines sister but he fell in love heroine. Starts with both in iraq? They're both soldiers? Agents? She finds out she's on his team. He hates her at this point. Wants nothing to do with her. There's a scene where she is on the back of the van. She is shooting some kind of gun. Something happens and she gets injured but she plays it off. Turns out she was bleeding. He has a soft spot for and insists on following her to doctors office o. Their base. The doctor is her friend.

More on the back story....the sister went on one date with him but he fell in love with the heroine. They keep their relationship a secret (the hero had stopped seeing the sister). He proposes, the heroine accepts. She gets a call that the sister tries to commit suicide. She and hero rush to hospital, father screams at her when. He finds out that the hero and heroine are in a relationship. The sister did what she did because she couldn't possibly live without the hero *rolls eyes*

The fall out between the hero and the heroine is when she takes off the ring.

Books starts with them meeting again in Iraq? As mentioned above.

Anyways they get together again...sister, mother comes around when heroine is hurt again.
