characters with time manipulation powers

Hi, I'm looking for stories about people with superpowers that let them manipulate time. Maybe they can rewind time, time travel, freeze time, etc. I would prefer if this is a skill they personally have, rather than them using a time machine.

MJ--I've read at least one book like that--it's a "classic" from the 60's, or 70's. Unfortunately, I can't think of the title right now, but feel free to look at my bookshelves and books (all 4200+ of them). I had thought it was Time Is the Simplest Thing but that description doesn't match the book I'm thinking of. But it could have been one of Simak's other works, and I'm just messing up the title. Oh, and if your defination of "characters" extends to non-human intelligence, try The Dragonriders of Pern and several of the other books in that series. It's the dragons that can shift time, and it happens in at least 3 or 4 of the other books, in addition to that first one.

Dragon Tears by Dean Koontz has a character who can stop time, but he's the bad guy who is tormenting a cop and his partner.

One of the main characters in the Daughter of the Moon Series has time travel. Other powers include Premonition, Invisibility, Telekinesis, and Mind Reading. It's a YA book, but it's still great.

Goddess of the Night is the first book.
