SOLVED. Historical Romance novella/short story where h sees H again at a family/friend's wedding [s]

I've been searching for a historical romance novella/short story in a series where the heroine sees the hero again at a cousin's/friend's wedding. She used to be in love with him when they were younger, but he didn't reciprocated her feelings. (I can't remember if she kissed him or not). When the hero sees her now, he's intrigued by her even though at first he thinks she is still annoying. I also think the hero is good friends with the groom of the wedding. It was published within the last five years I think.
