Personality: Hatily is your average Capital stylist. She does have a little ambition of hers to become the next Cinna. She tries not to let her rebel side show in her work. She is good friends with the mentors for district 4, for she helped them win.
History: Hatily was around 20 when she had her designs noticed by the "manners manager" (as she liked to call them) from district 4. She said they were wonderful. She got hired for the post of district 4 stylist. She lives in the capital.

History: Quinn was always so happy in life, even in an awful world like Panem. Her parents always kept her very sheltered, she didn’t the Hunger Games were real until she was 13 (her parents always told her they were just special effects). When she grew up and figured out about the tragedy of the games, she wanted to help, so she became a stylist, which she thought boosted their self esteem
