I Need a New Book to Read

Unfortunately, but basing on your preference I'd need to recommend to skip my story containing a lot what you mention causes you insomnia. Other than that, should be a decent book -:)

Patrick Bronte was the father of the three famous novelist sisters. He led an amazing life starting with nothing in rural Ireland. A bio about his famous daughter Charlotte painted Patrick as cruel, vindictive and a bit loopy. Those labels stuck for 150 years. My novel Cassocked Savage tells the story of this remarkable man, his appalling tragedies and the brilliant work he did which is often unnoticed and thus unknown. I'm happy to send you a copy. Best wishes
Books mentioned in this topic
Till We Have Faces (other topics)Till We Have Faces (other topics)
No Bounds (other topics)
Books I liked:
Most anything by Gail Tsukayama
Most anything by Yukio Mishima
Night Circus
Picture of Dorian Gray
The Chronicles if Narnia
Atrix Wolfe by Patricia McKillip (written in lush, poetic style)
Books I didn't like:
Almanac of the Dead (it's long and very violent)
Stuart Wood (not a huge fan of gritty mysteries)
Tom Clancy (not a huge fan of government op stuff)
Pillars of the Earth (it was good as a historical novel though I had to skip some disturbing parts)
Secret Rendes Vous Kobo Abe (Too many sexual references and not a good plot)
Erin Evanovich (I don't find her brand of humor funny)
Ok so keeping this in mind Indie authors, pitch me something and maybe I will read it. If not right away, I might put you on my "to read " list.
