Maybe you saw one of my blog posts that I shared?? (please say yes and give me a big head that my posts are actually useful).
I use SiteGround as my hosting company. One of the reasons that I like them and so do almost a thousand others is that they have excellent customer service 247,365. You can have your cpanel transferred to them in less than an hour (mine was transferred in just over 30 minutes) and most importantly, they do regular cpanel backup and give you free access to the backups.
Someone asked me to compare them with Hostgator, so I wrote about it here http://www.segilolasalami.co.uk/revie...
Here's my original blog post where I compared name.com, inmotion hosting and siteground http://www.segilolasalami.co.uk/websi...
I hope you find either or both posts useful. Feel free to ask any further questions, the folks here are super helpful I've found

As Amazon too became so 'crowded', with many SEO words a book may still end somewhere very low among few dozen or hundred pages of search results .,
