Removing Author

Due to last second changes made by the Editor and Publisher after the initial files for this book were forwarded to the publisher, Xlibris, I was just informed that author Violet Tempest and her story are not in this anthology.

As I do not have the ability to remove/delete "Violet Tempest" from the author's list, can you please do this for me?
