So, I've finished the first 2 chapters. Wow, this book has long chapters XD. I'm loving it so far!
The idea behind the book is just amazing and I think that, so far, is really well developed. How he's trying not to get attached because he knows he's never going to see those again.
One thing I don't understand is: how does he know he's a boy? Since he sometimes wakes up in girl's bodies as well how can he be certain that he's not a girl? Maybe we'll find out more about it later.

and why it is faster sometimes than it is with others.
Probably depends if the brain is healthy or not. The more poluted the mind is by drugs or sickness the harder it is for him to acces the information, because it isn't there.

I also don't understand why he's waking up only in places set in the US. Does he have a distance range? The book didn't suggested that so far.

(view spoiler)[Rhiannon's reaction and acceptance is disputable. I think she accepted the facts rather fast, but I'm not complaining. I don't want half of my book to be about him trying to explain everything to her :p.

I also liked that chapter. How he described depression as a sickness of the mind. I think that's also true. The mind can get sick just like the body and we should get treatment, not try to deny it and be scared that people will consider us crazy. There are various forms of "crazy" that can be treated with medicine and counseling. I don't understand why in our day and age people are still reluctant to admit that depression is a sickness not a caprice, and should be treated as one.

I like it. I'm also enjoying the clash of cultural and racial differences and the author's opinion on them. :)

(view spoiler)[Wow, the romance is getting more intense with each new chapter. I'm also curious how will they manage the sex thing, because it's really not fair to the body he's in. It's one thing to miss a day at school and totally another to go and have sex with a person.

Yes, but that's hard. However we would like to pretend that we don't care for the exterior, that's actually the only thing we really manage to see. Of course, glimpses of one's soul and personality will be shown through time, but we never get to see the soul completely, not like the shell (the body). The chapter when he woke up as overweight was my favorite one. It showed so much about how humans really are.

I've finished this some days ago, but forgot to come back and comment here. It was a nice read, the ending was kinda sad, but I'm really excited to read the second book in the series. Although I'll need to wait a year or so for it. *sigh*
