❆ Crystal ❆ I heard that Amazon pulled this off the shelf. Nothing like censorship to make us all feel like we are 5 years old! So, does the whole world follow Amazon? Why isn't anyone else selling this book?

~*~Princess Nya Vasiliev~*~ They had it on Smashwords for a limited time a couple weeks ago. That's where I ended up getting it after I couldn't find it on amazon after they pulled it. I do know that they will be releasing the stories individually now, but no word yet on when that will be. At first it was said it will be within the next month or two. But I don't know how accurate that is. All I know is someone flagged one if the stories as a violation to amazon's written policies, amazon pulled the whole book but would not tell the authors which story was flagged. I read it, and there was nothing in any of those storiesthatshould have been flagged. I've read alot more jaw dropping things in books that I actually bought off ofamazon's site... so I think it was just a hater ofone or a few of the authors in that book, that flagged one of those stories.

It was K. Brombergs book that was flagged, I guess some prude took offense to the "dubious con." in the book and ran to Amazon, they pulled the book, then claimed it was the authors who pulled the book due to limited sale contract, lie, then told the authors that they can restore BEND without K.Bromberg's book which they declined ... if you go to any of the authors of BEND facebook pages they are offering the book for sale...

Adrienne I was lucky enough to buy this from Amazon before it was pulled and it is a great collection no matter what the reviews on Amazon say. Most of the reviewers that complained neglected to read the description of the anthology that they were buying. People have to remember just because it's free or $0.99 doesn't mean it is something that you will enjoy or something that you should buy.

There is a reason that the expression "Buyer Beware" exists and it applies to all kinds of purchases.

Bend is definitely worth tracking down if you can.

However, I hope with all this backlash from people wanting to read exactly what has been banned, as usual, maybe Amazon will make it available again.

Pamela I pre-ordered it because I am a huge fan of K. Bromberg's Driven trilogy. Many of her fans were just starved to read something else she wrote that Unraveled caught us completely off guard since it was dark erotica, so unlike her HEA trilogy. I'll admit that I didn't finish the story and didn't read any of the others in the anthology. And no, I wasn't one who may have complained to cause the book to be pulled. The story just didn't connect with me but I also don't believe in censoring and limiting people's options either. There is an audience for that genre, but for K. Bromberg, probably not as many of her Driven fans. As mentioned above, Unraveled and the other stories can be purchased individually , but will obviously cost more than the $.99 original price.

Melissa IF you contact some of the authors in this book directly, some are still selling them. I pre-ordered mine on Amazon for my Kindle and I also bought the paperback. I ordered mine from K. Bromberg and she sent it to me signed....just a little FYI

Just Denise I just finished this, I totally loved Unraveled!!!
