Enjoying it very much Sri !! Atticus Finch reminds me of my father !! Always upright morally and honest !! I always felt that my dad is the manifestation of all the virtues in the world..!! He never raised his hand on us but never hesitated to correct us . Atticus is exactly like that !! The conversation he has with Jack Finch about picking up the Negro's case is simply amazing . I am so loving this book !
@Harry - glad to hear that you are enjoying it. It is one of my favourite books of all times.. :) :)

Compassionate, dramatic, and deeply moving, To Kill A Mockingbird takes readers to the roots of human behavior - to innocence and experience, kindness and cruelty, love and hatred, humor and pathos. Now with over 18 million copies in print and translated into forty languages, this regional story by a young Alabama woman claims universal appeal. Harper Lee always considered her book to be a simple love story. Today it is regarded as a masterpiece of American literature.
