Cathy wrote: "I can't add to the spreadsheet. do I need to give my information to a mod?"It's not run by mod's. This is community run.
Cathy wrote: "I can't add to the spreadsheet. do I need to give my information to a mod?"Just make a comment with the book and the task/quest it is for and I'll get it in the spreadsheet!
I enjoyed these while reading for my bunny:When God was a Rabbit (rabbit in title, pet rabbit)
The Last Days of Rabbit Hayes (rabbit in title)

Got it! Thanks!
I'm looking for recommendations for a book with a chicken or duck in the story for clinomaniac; preferably either something short and quick, or something sci-fi/fantasy.
Bethany wrote: "I'm looking for recommendations for a book with a chicken or duck in the story for clinomaniac; preferably either something short and quick, or something sci-fi/fantasy."I read Charlotte's Web and loved it :)
Chew, Vol. 1: Taster's Choice doesn't have a chicken (I don't think) but Vol 3 does and it's a GREAT graphic novel series!!Also, suggestions: This Book Is Full of Spiders: Seriously, Dude, Don't Touch It and Gregor the Overlander have 100+ "bugs" in them.
Could someone give some suggestions for "Someone is framed." I'm having trouble with that one. Also, I think spoilers are kind of inherent with that task, so don't worry about that.
I used Clockwork Angel, a vampire is framed as the one behind the killing of humans to create automatons.
Megs wrote: "Could someone give some suggestions for "Someone is framed." I'm having trouble with that one. Also, I think spoilers are kind of inherent with that task, so don't worry about that."
I read The Green Mile by Stephen King, a character is framed and imprisoned for something he didn't do.
Another request! I'm 1 book away from finishing Clinomaniac... I would like to request a suggestion for a short stand-alone with a tree on the cover.
Tati wrote: "Series with I, anyone?"The two off the top of my head are the InCryptid series by Seanan McGuire and the invisible library series by Genevieve Cogman.
Tati wrote: "Oh, can there be an article before the 'I' word?"Gosh, I don't know, but InCryptid is officially just InCryptid without an article.
The Word for World is Forest by Ursula K Leguin. Good, short, trees! :)ETA: Huh... I guess it's part of a series. I think GR updated that since I read it. You wouldn't know it's part of a series, it can totally be read stand-alone.
ETA 2: read the header here. :D

Oh, I've heard that The Left Hand of Darkness from this series was amazing as well! It's on my list eventually... But I ended up finding a novella and reading it for trees.
Will update the spreadsheet with recent recs soonish!

I'd be most grateful for any suggestions for a book with a cylinder on the cover. I have no idea where to look.
Zuzana wrote: "I'd be most grateful for any suggestions for a book with a cylinder on the cover. I have no idea where to look."That's a tough one...
Gavin wrote: "Read a book where someone dangles a reward to get someone else to do something. Any suggestions?"
Took me a while to remember why I used The Queen of the Tearling.
Bad guy tells another guy that he'll return his wife to him if he helps him.

A Court of Thorns and Roses would fit for this. Also Truthwitch (I've been reading a lot of fantasy recently).
Zuzana wrote: "I'd be most grateful for any suggestions for a book with a cylinder on the cover. I have no idea where to look."I don't think I did this one, but maybe something with a spyglass, writing utensil, maybe even a tree trunk?

Hey, that gave me an idea!
I kept thinking of a literal cylinder or tunnel...
Try this, the bird ledges are cylinders, I believe:
It's a very simple story, written for children, pretty much a 3 star read, from what I can remember.
But on the upside, you should be able to finish it quickly!
Who knows? Maybe you'll like it.

Also I saw you've read first Lemony Snicket. If I remember correctly, Count promised children to free baby if they show up in his performance. That's only book in series I've read, but many something similar happens in later books

Trouble at Betts Pets by Kelly Easton"

Thank you!
Can anyone recommend some books with vegetables on the cover? So far, the only ones I've found are cookbooks.
Halli wrote: "Can anyone recommend some books with vegetables on the cover? So far, the only ones I've found are cookbooks."I read
, but really disliked it... so not that helpful I guess.
Halli wrote: "Can anyone recommend some books with vegetables on the cover? So far, the only ones I've found are cookbooks."Man, this is a tough one! When I'm in the mood to browse I'll often go on my library page and scroll through noting relevant books to the task, but I'm on page 100 of most popular books and I haven't seen a single vegetable.
So many apples though.... so... many... apples...
Halli wrote: "Can anyone recommend some books with vegetables on the cover? So far, the only ones I've found are cookbooks."AHA! I found some. I haven't read them... but it's a suggestion I guess?
These are books ABOUT food without being cookbooks:
