You should let them know, if you haven't already, because they need to be doing this consistently with all their customers. Truly good customer service means that all customers get that little extra it shouldn't be hit and miss.

I too have lost my mom back in 2005 on Nov 1st. It gets easier but I still miss her every day and it's especially hard around the Holidays. Will keep you in my thoughts.

I'm very disappointed in their customer service.
The sad thing is, that I'm missing out on attached messages and I can't thank anyone properly who chose to reveal themselves.

Damn! Seems they like to get our money from Europe but aren't willing to provide good customer service. But I'm glad the gifting works at all through their site (not like Amazon...)

Well, it ticks me off. Here I am referring people to a place that won't give them support. And customers are the reason businesses exist, they OWE you that support. LOL, I get a little fired up when things aren't fair. And yeah, I'm fired up on a fairly regular basis. :)
