OMG!! I would have died! Seriously, I don't know how you all did it! I didn't know about the story until a few weeks before the last book was about to come out and I timed reading the first and second one perfectly. Then I had to wait 3 weeks longer than expected because my order got lost (I have the physical books) and I was about to climb the walls, lol! Those 3 weeks have been the longest of my life o.o

It was free online fiction in the beginning, and Pacat stated upfront that she would be publishing all 3 parts and only releasing the 3rd part as a published book, depending on the response to the first 2 parts. The first 2 books were every single bit as amazing the 2nd time as they were when I first read them. Incredible, all of it.

I knew that it was an online fic but I'm really kinda glad I didn't know about it then. I'm terrible with such things especially if the story is as amazing as this one. I mean, those 3 weeks were proof enough that waiting for chapter after chapter would have killed me, lol!

Hmmm. well. I wrote two book-length m/m fanfics (one 94000 words and the other one 185000 words) Yeah. This is how I ended up here on GR!
And I am terrible at waiting for continuatio of stories. Only time I did was Harry Potter. :)

Anyway, These are 'Merlin' stories, a BBC series I dearly loved until the *§%&?)/! writers had one MC killed off at the end. I still hate them for that (Not I m resentful or anything ;) )

It does help to know the characters - as with all fanfics, although the shorter story (Touch Sensitive) is pretty independent. There are elements of the supernatural in both.

Ok if Life After Joe is the end December I can't do. I can do Dec. 16/17 or Jan. 6/7, sorry. I leave here on Dec. 21 and we're not back until Dec. 30th and a BR on New Years Eve doesn't seem promising, lol! Me + wine = nonsensical entertainment though.
