Okay well this is how it goes:

Then the person below answers the question and posts a new would you rather question! And so on...So here it goes:

Would you rather have 15 nails hammered into your tongue or have your saliva permanently transformed into urine?

And people, please be brave enough to answer with an answer not with: "IDK" or "Neither" or "Both". None of that stuff.
