MG about 3 siblings who go on a plane but end up in magical dreamland-type city?

I'll just list everything I remember about this book:

Main characters have place names (one is named India)
Three siblings, (2 girls and a boy)
Single mother
They get on a plane to visit someone but instead land in a magical dream type town--they each get their own house, with all their favorite things (favorite food, designed just for them)
At the end of the novel it is revealed that the plane they were on crashed and the three kids were possibly sitting on a tree, the whole thing was a hallucination (implied if i remember correctly)
