Дмитрий Лобанов | 3 comments I heard about this book nearly two years ago.

The person, who liked it, said: "this book is like a Jonathan Swift Guilliver's travels setting, but has more satiric conception".

Genre: Fiction with satiric saucy.

What I remember?

- It has two stories ( or maybe there are two books about this hero. Original and Return. )

- Hero travel two some country ( or town ) and found a society that was NOT so good.

- At the end of first part he traveled back to his home by Balloon.

- At the beginning of second part he traveled back and became upset about this society ( I think that hero tries to improve society during whole book and first part ).

And that's all about book.

Author is not well-known, I suppose that he is in early 19th or 20th century. ( Also I don't remember name :/ )
As I remember he is British.

UPD1
As I remember - he is making 'machine' ( balloon? ) to return home in house where he stay.

Possible season - winter. ( when he is making 'machine' )

Are any of the places he visits (or his home) real places (e.g., Britain) or are they fantasy locations?

Not sure about foreign places that he visits. ( they could be either real or fantasy ).
His home, I suppose, real place.
