if they are free services, then you can post them in the "Announcements" folder; otherwise, GR ToS disallows advertising services that charge a free.

Oh God, I wouldn't dream of pimping some paid services! My only hope here is to direct indie authors to sites that can actually help them, and free of charge.

Eh, no worries. In this day and age, its hard not to be worried about that kind of thing. And in the realm of independent or aspiring authors, it's absolutely essential.
