Malorie lives in a house with her two, four year old children. They can't go outside unless blindfolded or else they will go insane, like most of the human population has. One day she and the children leave the house and take a trip on the river. The book alternates between the river trip and what happened four years ago to have Malorie wind up in this situation. The book is very creepy and suspenseful.

This one has been on my list for awhile. Good to see it should stay there.

I love a good suspense novel once in a while. Sounds good.
