Remove books from series

Please remove the following from the SODIUM series.

SODIUM Gravity c
(These were parts 1-3 that were combined into "SODIUM Gravity" and have not been available as independent ebooks for 3 years)
SODIUM Assault a
(This was part 1 of "SODIUM Assault" and has not been available for three years)
I ask that these partial books be removed from the series as to not add confusion. SODIUM should have 6 primary novels.

GR is a catalogue, not a sales site, so the listings here include things that are no longer available. Readers who own them already may want to catalogue them, and they value the series information too.

The partial works are not listed as primary works. They don't show up in the listing to the left on the book pages of those books that are primary, and aren't counted in the number of books on the series listing on your profile page. The only place they show up is on the series page itself.

You can add a note to the description to say something to the effect of "No longer available. Now incorporated in (Link to the other book on GR.)" NB: Add this to the existing description, don't replace it entirely.
