Thanks for your recommendation Michael, I have also read the first in the series (and enjoyed it despite romance not being something I normally read) but haven't made it to the sequels yet. I think from your comments I ought to give the second book a go....
the second book is as far as I got since I then got distracted with several other books but they are worth a read, at least the first two are haha
great, I will bump book 2 up my TBR pile. I had the same problem and got distracted with other things after book 1. time to rectify that I think!

I'm so with you guys. I think I have about eight (?) books on my kindle right now that are half read. It's not that I don't like them...I'm just too darn busy! Gah! All the books in the Golden Key are on sale right now on Amazon so it's a good time to get/read these. Rowena's Key is FREE and the rest are all sale priced at $0.99. Not sure how long that's gonna last, but I thought I'd put it out there. :-)x

As promised I have started book 2; I'm about a third into it, and loving it as much as the first!!
not only my first indie book but also my first romance that I actually didn't mind reading. Probably not for everyone, but the sequels prove to be a hell of a lot better. sadly they don't work as stand alone books so this one is important. still like it.
