Can't Get Any Help On Goodreads! Ever!!!

Is there anyone in the world who can tell me how to get any support on Goodreads at all?? I have spent the last 2 weeks emailing, trying to call, screaming and cursing and still not 1 single person has responded. Heavens only knows I regret the day I connected with this site.

I have tried to reclaim my author page to no avail, I am divorced and my old profile has pictures and information on my ex-wife that needs deleting desperately. But think I could find a librian or some support to get this done? Wrong, very wrong! Not a soul! This is about to become a legal/court matter as the continued use of my ex-wife information and pictures is not allowed. For the 2000th time, is there anyone out there who can help me or simply go delete my profile picture and author information?

The only thing is to email staff at "support at Goodreads dot com"

MrsJoseph I have been mailing Goodreads support for nearly 2 straight weeks. I was told any librairan could edit my page for me while waiting the year or so that it might take Goodreads support to respond. Very sad that I joined Goodreads.

If you want help, it's always a good idea to include links.

Also, I have checked the Librarians group, and I can't find any posts from you before today. Emailing is only for staff. If you want a librarian to help you, you need to post here.

Please explain clearly what you want deleted.
