Bug: Reviews/Ratings/Adds not showing

I wonder if Goodreads could give an explanation to the Mods and they can pass it on. There are quite a few threads on various groups talking about this.

Our developers have recently been tweaking the way reviews, ratings and to-read shelf additions are displayed. This is to ensure better site performance as well as unclutter the Community Reviews section of the book page. As such, we'll no longer be showing to-read additions in a one-by-one display under the Community Reviews header; only ratings and reviews will be shown here. This goes for all authors and books site-wide.
That said, you will still be able to see total to-read additions on the graph popup that can be opened by clicking "Rating Details" near the top of the book page.

Anna, would you mind emailing support (at) goodreads (dot) com with some more information? We'd love to look into this more closely. Some screenshot would also greatly help.

First off - one of my books in particular To Woo A Warrior has the ratings all jumbled. With star ratings mixed in with the review ratings - plus the dates added make no sense as to how the star only ratings are represented.
Secondly - Some of my books have the to-read / added people listed - some don't. Which makes no sense. Is it being phased out?
For those books that don't - I can still access the to-read list by hitting the overall summary button. But with no dates provided I have no clue as to who has just listed my book as to-read.
Checking who has optioned my book to-read/added allows me to check out their profile and work out how they came to hear of my book (great for marketing purposes)
Without the date - I can't narrow down from the sea of photos/names that are listed in no particular order who has just declared interest in my books. Will this be fixed?

I've counted only 46 ratings but 22 reviews (some of these are repeated). Ratings have disappeared but I no longer remember whose. It is unlikely that so many people have taken down their ratings.
I haven't checked the other books recently - and even if I do, it keeps changing.
I've given up being concerned. Too time consuming. Goodreads is wonderful in so many other ways, and I expect they'll sort out this glitch affecting authors at some time in the future.
I’ve been experiencing some bugs with my book. Normally, I can see all reviews, ratings, and adds under “Commutiny Reviews” (around 2000). Right now the page is saying “showing 1-19” and displaying only the 19 adds that have a rating:
Playing with the filters doesn’t help. In addition, the reviews have been appearing in random order – not by number of likes, date, edition, text first, or anything else meaningful. This has been going on for at least 3 days. I have tried refreshing the book stats and the page cache, with no results.
This problem is not new. Multiple times in the past the page has been displaying only 9 (not all) of my text reviews and nothing else. Whenever the problem appeared, it went on for a day or two and was resolved without me doing anything. However, this time it’s been persistent.
Note that this is not about new reviews not showing for a few days; that’s understandable. In this case everything has been showing fine and then disappeared.
Could anyone help, or, even better, tell me a way to fix it myself? I’m afraid it will happen again and I wouldn’t want to bother you every time!
Thanks a lot!
