Need help finding a series/book ("FBI for paranormal")

Hello, I am looking for several books from one series (cannot remember the author or the name of the books). I read these books in 2014

Genre: Romance/Fantasy/Paranormal

Plot:
Book 1: Female character is a police enforcer (or something alike) and is the leader of her team. She is strong and not human (i do not remember if she knows it). I remember one of her first scenes were at a bar looking for some criminal.
Male character: is not human and it is a warrior he has a sister. He was looking for the female character.
At the end of the book the goverment forms a team to fight crimes that are paranormal.

Book 2 or 3: Female character is not human and is gold (rare species almost extint) her father is from military/goverment enforcer/fbi (can not remember correctly) she is or wants to be an investigator and her father contracts some military (i think) guy to help her.
Male character is human, investigator, was hired by the female character father.

Random facts/other books of the series:
In the series there is a villain female character (that is very porwfull) that destroyed the female character (book 2/3) species and their world. She wants to come to earth and do the same thing there.

In the series there is one character that is very gofy and collects women from all planets until he meets the one he falls in love with. Initially he wants to collect the character from book 2/3 because of her rarity but then they became friends.
