Well ... I feel rather foolish for having waited so long to read this classic horror tale. I absolutely loved it! And I've put it on my F2F book group's discussion calendar for Oct 2017!

I've read the first 2 chapters & had forgotten just how truly readable it is. And so descriptive of scenery & atmosphere. Excellent!

Well, I've gotten sidetracked. Will get busy on this one. Such a great book!

I'm loving this one again. Almost halfway through and having trouble putting it down now. I'm reading 2 books like that now which makes me very happy.

Also, am crocheting & enjoying that as well. Made one of the messy bun hats for my best friend. Now am playing around with another one in a different design in Cubs colors. I think she was born a Cubs fan so this is a very happy year for her. I'm listening to Good Omens: The Nice and Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch as I crochet. It's hilarious!

Finished it just now. So very good!! If you've never read it, I urge you to give it a try. It's very readable & draws you into the story & characters.
