Thank you! I have never heard of this side before :)

It is for ebooks though, It doesn't have paperbacks as far as I know. But it will help if your matched elf are requesting ebooks, you can gift it from here, since it's not restricted to only US only like Amazon Kindle or B&N Nook.

Yeah, no need to worry about carpark rage on this shopping trip.

I think so? I have one from ARe on my wish list as well :)"
I got a couple of gift cards last year, so definitely an option. :)

Yes that's awesome, otherwise it'd be difficult to participate from different countries :/

Thanks, good to know! :)

I've been wondering the same thing. My aunt and uncle are in Wellington in a medium rise apartment block, but thanks to some timely retrofitting their okay and the building wasn't seriously damaged. I can't imagine the terror 2+ minutes of being in such a serious earthquake would cause. If it were me I don't think I could stay.

Oh hell, this wishlist thing is dangerous. I'm discovering all kinds of books I never knew existed and... eeek. I really need to read the thousand I have. LOL well, hundred...s.

Haha, I used my wish list as a buy for me list too. I would end up buying something off of it I was too impatient to wait for and then having to delete it off and add more. :) And as the wild rumpus begins and the gifting gets going, you'll find LOTS more that you want! It's completely awesome! :)

Yeah, just wait until you see what everybody gets - I can guarantee your tbr will multiply exponentially.

I've handed in my last assessment for the semester and I can now enjoy my long summer holiday! Over the next couple of days I'm gonna update my wishlist, and I am SO looking forward to the gifting!

Congrats on being finished!

Haha I had the same problem. As fast as I was adding books from my tbr I was deleting them so I could read them NOW!

That's me too. I only had two books left on my wish list from last year because I bought everything I wasn't given! LOL :)

Amy, if that works, you're a stronger woman than I am, because there is never enough books! :)

Maybe they have a note saying to check their GR wishlist, or they posted on one of the threads they would only do one here? I saw a few people post that.

You mean that's not how it works? Don't tell my hubby ok?

As far as I know, that's the rules. If it's not, I'm going to pretend nobody told me.

I totally endorse this plan.

Oh boy, neither is mine. And they didn't seem on Goodreads either...

Search by email address in the "find friends" section of Goodreads! That usually works for me.

I looked up who you have. I can help :) I'll message you!

I looked up who you have and they have an active GR profile. Just search "friends" by their email address on Goodreads.

I'd message them. They may own the books on their TBR list. I know I do. The only shelves I have that are books I don't own have the word 'Wish' in them otherwise I own the books so if they're like me it may not be a good idea.

That's exactly what I would do.
