Should I Duplicate a Book?

In the Dresden series (Jim Butcher), book 13.5 is Bombshells. This is a short story within an anthology called Dangerous Women.
It is only published (as far as I can tell) within that book.
I want to mark Bombshells as read, but not Dangerous Women as I did not not read the rest of the book.

Now, I have Librarian privileges, and have worked on many series to clean them up. I thought of adding a second 13.5 book to the series just for Bombshells. But that may also add confusion.

So, I thought I'd get opinions here first.

If the story was only released in the anthology, then you do not add a separate entry for it. The only time a story from an anthology is added as a separate entry is if it was released by itself.

You can add anthologies that contain the short story to the series and explain in the description which is the story part of the series.

You can mark the book as read and explain (or not) that you are rating only one story.
