INTRODUCTIONS

Pretty late in commenting, but -- YAY FOR WEST VIRGINIA PEOPLE! ;)
And of course, welcome to everyone else too. haha.

Thanks!

I wrote this book to dispel the myths about escorts, and to tell my own story. The title is: "ESCORT - The True Story of an Orange County Call Girl" by: Sacha Haughtee and Max Spacer
Here's my favorite excerpt:
"If only I knew at the time that this day would be the point of no return, that once a girl crosses certain moral and personal boundaries, there's no going back."

Book Genre: Adult Contemporary Romance, Memoir, Erotic, non-fiction, novel-length, true story, dual narrators, sexual self-discovery.
Length: 429 pages in print, approximately 115,000 words.
Notes and disclaimers regarding content: adult-themed content and language, explicit sex scenes, M/F mostly, some M/F/F, prostitution, daddy-complex, and some fetish activities.
You can read the first three chapters at the FREE Preview on my author's page or at CreateSpace:

Me too!

(The only problem is seeing/hearing about so many other good books that you'll add to your TBR....)
Good luck whittling down those TBR piles! ;)

I'm Naitasia and new to the challenge. I heard about it from Dear Book Nerd podcast and the synopsis given was very intriguing!
I am planning to jump in when winter starts and looking forward to it.

I'm Natalia and I'm 15 years old.
I'm from Poland. I'm a book worm but because of school i haven't got much time to read.
I'd like to join this challenge cause it seems pretty interesting and thanks to this it's easier to read new books

Hi, I'm Sara and I just joined the group today, after a GR friend mentioned it in another group. I don't know if I should thank her, or hit her with a book lol!
I'm an avid library nerd and get 99.9% of my books at my local library system and I usually have my holds list maxed out :D
I have eclectic reading tastes and like just about everything!

My love for reading started way back in high school where we had this school library and were allowed to borrow a book for a week, I was never much of a reader back then, always tended to be brief with my readings, one day my school hosted this book sale and the very first series I bought was His Dark Materials by Philip Pullman and since it was something I had purchased I wanted to stick with it for every page and before I knew it, I was completely in love with the story, the characters, the setting and almost everything the book had to offer. Within a couple of weeks I was done with the series and wanted more of this amazing experience and thus became the avid reader I am now.
The genres I normally go for is
-fiction
-contemporary
-a little of mystery/suspense
The moment I stumbled up on this website the one thing that stuck to me is the sheer amount of books that are out there for me to read is just overwhelming.
It's really sad that none of the people I know have a habit of reading but it's equally exciting for me to be able to talk to all of my fellow book readers and share my experiences.
I just can't wait to be a part of something this amazing.

My name is Heather. I am a member of The Next Best Book Club and found this group through them. This group seems like a lot of fun. What a great idea! So glad I found it at the start of a new challenge. Can't wait to get started!

I'm Elysha, and I'm just getting back into reading for fun after graduating from university. I figure some challenges can help me out with this goal!

I love challenges and what better than a reading challenge?!
I'll try to have fun and do as much as I can!
Other things that I enjoy are watching movies, listening to music and slacking in my studies!

I recently published my first book, "Is This Your Man?".
It's a self-help dating and relationship book based on 6 Real Men Telling Real Stories. My book equips women with the tools to become more aware of the games that men play in dating & relationships.
I look forward to interacting with group.
Best Regards,
Colin Tate

Hey guys, I'm Bobby from America but I live in the KSA I'm 17 going on 18 this Christmas (Yipe!!) and, I'm also new to goodreads as a whole. I love all genres but romance. Hopefully this will be lots of fun.

I think this is an amazing idea, even though I won't be able to read books of every category because they are so many! I got really overwhelmed yesterday when I saw it. But I'll try, at least.

Gabriella, most of our readers go into the challenge knowing they will not be able to read that many books. The fun is in stretching your reading boundaries. Enjoy!

Thanks!
Yeah, I was reading some stuff here and I saw that everyone is pretty conscious that it's kinda impossible. Either way, I'm having lots of fun trying to choose a book from my shelves and put it into a category. But I keep changing the selection every day, so, I think I'll end up reading at least a good portion of the 271 books waiting for me.

Hi, Gabriella. Seems like you have found the fun for lots of us...as well as the indecision. :)
