My thoughts before I go to bed, this author does such a fabulous job with characters, she really writes characters you fall in love with....
Also I have been to Jamaica, probably the most beautiful country I've ever visited, with the most amazing people, however what I want to live there? As beautiful as it is I did stay at a resort did leave the resort a few times, but I also saw a lot of poverty in that country... interesting that this book touches on immigration and that is such a hot button issue in the US at the moment...

Interesting that they threw in this depressed person working at the immigration office??? And the weird comments by the train conductor (hide spoiler)]

I wasn't wowed by it - and although I could never quite get over how much these two managed to accomplish in one day and fall in love soooooooo quickly. I really did grow fond of the two characters and want the best for them and even felt a bit jealous of them finding each other. I guess over all I liked it - almost a lot.

Sometimes that storyline works and sometimes it doesn't, I'm about 30% in and as far as I can tell it is definitely working, these are very dynamic characters and she just bring them to life so very well...
I love all the little extras that make you think like the grandfather paradox or how you get a little glimpses into other peoples lives not just the main characters, she is really a very good Author

Just a general observation throughout the book, not quite finished(view spoiler)[ Natasha would be Daniel's parents dream child if she was Korean, as I've said 1 million times this author just create such vivid characters, also I'm listening on audio and they're fabulous narrators it's not like there's a whole bunch of things happening, but it is very enjoyable spending the day in the minds of these two characters (hide spoiler)]

And I am done, enjoyed spending the day with these characters(view spoiler)[ perfect ending, and I like the whole concept of the multi-verse, do I believe in it? Probably not, but it's kind of cool to think about... A lot of this book was about parental expectations, as a parent sometimes it's hard to let go and realize it is their life not yours, Probably even harder when you fought so hard to give them a better life (hide spoiler)]

Ending Thoughts: (view spoiler)[ Very unique story that was enhanced with the multiple points of view. The main characters were really dynamic and interesting. I really loved reading their story. I love this book, but it's definitely a longer read than I expected. I thought I'd finish this book in a day, and that obviously didn't happen xD But I love the histories and I love Daniel's exaggerations. I'm glad I picked this book up.
