ABANDONED. Children's Book: Snake Falls Out of a Tree?

There is an old children's book that has a little yellow snake character. It falls out of a tree and says "Cack!" I've been looking everywhere for this book for a baby shower and can't think of the name!

I know this is an incredibly vague description, but as it's a book for very small children, there isn't much plot going on.
