No Reply From GR over Librarian Request.

I applied for my GL request a few weeks ago, 2 weeks to be more to the point, and have still not received a reply.
Should I re-send or wait?

If you can re-send (if the system allows you to) it means that your previous request was rejected. You can reapply and make sure you state reasons why you want to be a librarian and what skills you have (languages, etc.)

If you cannot re-send, it means your application is still being evaluated.

It can differ, but no more than one to two weeks, I'd say. Sometimes they don't need new librarians.

Knowledge of more than one language would help. For the rest you have to use your imagination. It is *your* application. What do you think is needed to be a good librarian?

Katherine, sorry for the late reply, to answer your question, I waited for two and a half weeks, just a day after I started this thread, I was approved, I did not re-send, just waited, if you still have not got an approval, then you could re-send if the option is available, otherwise, like #lethe stated, your application might still be under evaluation!
