Not sure if the other authors match the auto-associated Goodreads pages, although be careful not to associated Michael Turner with the late comic book artist. (https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...)

Also note that the page count is 304 for general ebook (per publisher page at http://www.simonandschuster.com/books...) and 276 for Amazon (per https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01...) (though Barnes & Noble lists the 368 page count shown on here, and I suppose it's a bit arbitrary since it's an ebook).
