The book cover is of a giant dragon skeleton in a wooded area and there are some men walking by it. It starts off with some dragons and a war but they can become human or something like that. and one of the dragons was betrayed. Then it gets into a story about three brothers. One brother is a genius trillionaire who pretends to be broke and living in squalor with his butler. They seek to disrupt and destroy the current economy. The other brother is a warrior, and the third ends up dying and being buried in gold coins which were burned to his body during the funeral. He has a sword which he cannot let go of and it keeps bringing him back from the dead, a little more crazy each time. Every time he dies he speaks with a god who sends him back. There are wizards and mages I think and wild battles for the kingdom which the brother with the sword tries to take. There is a love interest between the warrior brother and the sword brother and the love is betrothed to the sword brother who does some pretty nasty things to her.
