Amy Martin | 6 comments I've recently started a new interview site for indie/self-publsihed authors called the Weekly Writer Feature. Each week features interviews with writers in a variety of categories and genres, and each interview features book covers which readers can click to be taken to the books' Amazon pages. Writers can also provide links to their Goodreads or other social media pages. All interviews go live on Fridays and stay live for a week (after which time they are moved to our archives, so they're always accessible). Main page features (which can be any genre) are $40 USD, but other category/genre features are free.

We're now booking features for Sept. 30 and onward. Sci-fi/Fantasy is booked until Oct. 28, and we have Romance and our main page features booked as well on Oct. 7. But all other Friday dates and categories are open.

To see the list of categories and to sign up for a feature, go to http://www.weeklywriterfeature.com. If you have questions, feel free to message me here at Goodreads or view our Frequently Asked Questions page at http://www.weeklywriterfeature.com/faq.

Kathy Golden | 3 comments Hi, Amy,
Thanks for sharing this option. How many readers subscribe to your blog? Are you on Facebook and Twitter? If so, how many followers do you have and do you share these promotions with those followers? Thanks.

Amy Martin | 6 comments Kathy,

We're a new site, so our numbers are still low in some of those areas. People don't subscribe to the site itself, but they can sign up to have links to each weeks' features delivered directly to them (only about 20 people have taken us up on that so far). We have 480 Twitter followers (this very minute--that number grows every day) and 95 followers on Facebook (with more each week). Links to the features are actively promoted on both Facebook and Twitter--the Twitter links get lots of retweets.

Hope this answers your question.

Amy
