The ratings and reviews totals of my novel "Crossing the River" are now zero, even though below the picture of the cover of the novel 10 ratings are indicated and several actual reviews are given. I relay this information confident that accuracy will be restored.

Thanks Jaclyn, but I'm afraid it hasn't changed. Browser's been refreshed and am currently unable to take screenshots but I'll contact support some time. My overall ratings have been 7 below what they should be for months now!
I spoke too soon with my last post. Ratings have now resumed to normal. Many thanks Jaclyn.Fingers crossed..... :)

Harry, I'm sorry to hear that! These are appearing correctly on my side - can you describe where you're seeing this issue?
My page is still stuck despite having cleared my cache completely twice now. I'm just letting you know so that you can see if the problem is widespread.I've got several people's reviews featuring twice and others not featuring at all.
Hi there,Two of my books have lost their review counts (the reviews are still there). Second Chance shows 1 review, should be around 30. Absent Souls shows 1 review, should be around 13 or 14.

Hello,I'm also missing my ratings--have been for at least a month, and was hoping it would clear up, as it's obviously a widespread issue. Just wanted to chime in :) Thanks, I know this can't be easy addressing things one author at a time!

On my author profile page, the over all ratings are currently showing as: 217 ratings and 157 reviews.
The over all ratings should currently tally at: 230 ratings, by adding the correct ratings showing for each individual book on my author profile page, which are as follows:
New Beat Newbie: 33
Route Number 11: 46
Two Beat Newbie: 18
Road to Purification: 36
Rhyme and Rebellion: 17
Matrix Visions: 16
Propaganda Monkeys: 15
ReejecttIIon: 27
Terry the Time Travelling Tortoise: 15 (I am listed as editor)
The Top Secret Cheese: 7 (I am listed as editor)

Harry, would you mind sending an email with some screenshots to us at support (at) goodreads (dot) com? I'd like to ask one of our engineers to take a closer look into this.
My ratings are now fixed, but The Blue Codex to-read list is still not right. My stats shows dates for people adding it to their to-read list for October 10, October 11, October 13, five people adding it on October 15, and then someone adding on November 25 and November 27. Yet, this one shows up on the stats. On The Blue Codex page itself it looks like no one has added it to their read list since October the 2. I refreshed the stats and the page cache and still won't make it right.

In the meantime, I see that a book is not allowed to have an editor listed unless it is an anthology, which I was unaware of. I have just tried to remove 'Harry Whitewolf (Editor)' from the two books by Mr. Wolf but it seems that both myself and Mr. Wolf do not have permission to remove it. Could I ask you to do this please? - as once these are removed I can see where I'm at for my over all wrong ratings.

The book pages can have caching of up to two days; that might be it.

That does sound like a larger issue, yes. I think you need to either report it at the Librarians' Group, or to GR directly.
