Three Editions and only should be 2

There are 3 editions listed here when there should only be the paperback and Kindle version. Also, the ratings and review numbers are incorrect.

I merged the duplicate. The paperback edition (with the cover) was incomplete, missing the ISBNs as well as the format. When the import program pulled the book in from Amazon, it did not recognize that incomplete record as belonging to this book.

I refreshed the book stats; it might take a while to update.
