I've had that exact message in PMs a few times. I think they create different accounts and spam authors until they get banned and start all over.
I've had similar from someone called James . . . maybe he got reported and created a new account?
I'll hire a lawyer to sue these guys as soon as I get my inheritance from that rich uncle in Africa I didn't know I had.
I "skipped" the questions... I'll see if he comes back.

So far, I've had the message (exact same wording) several times over the past few months - 1. A personal message
2. A comment on my website
3. An Ask the Author question
4. A Private E-mail
I'm ignoring it because the things the guy is claiming he can do sound too incredible (Providing 40 reviews, adding 30 'likes' to Goodreads reviews. promotional posts to over 40 websites ect ect)
Oh, and he also does proofreading, editing, webdesign.
Pretty much anything a Self Published author could want.

He would be a bad fairy, with a five day growth of beard, a big beer paunch, bad teeth, halitosis, and a "drive you insane manner" way of following you around like a very bad smell.
Voice over artists get similar messages via voice over sites, via emails and on our websites. Being instinctively suspicious, I delete any unsolicited message immediately! It is an ongoing problem for our community so I sympathise with yours.

By the fifth or sixth time I just thought 'Oh bugger off and annoy someone else' (Present company excluded, of course)

Yes, I've received several of these from different names. The topic, same wording, came up in SIA as well so I think they just make the rounds.
I've received these messages, too. I report them. These spammers don't belong on GR. They're trying to take advantage of us.
