I finished and . This series is excellent. I don't understand why more people aren't reading it. If you like PsyCop series by Jordan Castillo Price, or The Plumber's Mate by JL Merrow, I think you would like this series. It is a little darker or grittier than those series.

Regarding the surprising publisher's note for Faking : (view spoiler)[Publisher's Note: This book contains a brief reference to bestiality porn. Well, I'm not sure if I'm disappointed or relieved. I think I'll go with relieved. It is EXACTLY as stated. There is a brief reference to bestiality porn. As in, someone finds a movie and reads the title. That's it. I'm surprised the publisher needed to make a note of it. (hide spoiler)]

These definitely have the creep factor going on which is what I wanted for an Oct read. I gave them both 3♥'s - if I didn't dislike the male MC so much the rating would probably be higher. I read the blurb for the next in the series and decided to wait til next month to have Dex irritate me again :) Thanks for the pick!
