September 18th is now Nessian appreciation day.
It's crazy how I love them! I can wait to see Nesta kicks Cassian's ass so he will not give up on his life because his wings are damaged (Hopefully, they will heal). Or imagine, Cassian training Nesta.
Oh my gosh, they'd probably shatter the whole of Velaris.
My heart breaks for his wings! I hope they heal! But with or without them, I think it will be a long way for him and Nesta to get along...
What if they use spider silk ( I know it's from ToG but maybe they have it too) to fix them
Well I don't really like Nesta as a character. But I love Cassian. I've read the bonus chapter and I like them together but I think I need to see more of Nesta.
I love Nesta and Cassian and they definitly have something going on between them. If in the third book we have different perspective from different people i would LIVE for Cassian or Nesta point of view. Like how they fall in love and maybe a sexy scenee. Yesss it would be fantastic!!!!

People, you know, that Nessian is going to have its own NOVEL ?It's not official but I have this huge feeling that the next novel after ACOWAR is going to be about them !

Although, a lot of people have been thinking that the flames might represent one of Lucien's brothers at the Autumn Court and that Nesta will reject her mate in favor of Cassian. But, I doubt that will happen.

But I feel like their chances of being mates are pretty high. I feel like both of them will be left in the dark about their mate status because they both just so stubborn and headstrong.
I have the painful feeling that Cassian will be grounded due to the extent of his shredded wings. I also see Nesta helping him to overcome his injury and be a huge pain in his ass to keep his mind off of what he has losts. Talk about heart clencher.

I honestly think, that's it's really really really hard to reject your mate. I mean there is a reason, that you're matesand there is an unbelievable strong pull between the two of you.

Yup, I also think that they might be mates, especially after the last scene where Nesta was turned and Cassian tried to reach her with his hand
Remember how Nesta got more power from the Cauldron? Maybe that has some connection to Cassian (what if Cassian loses his wings and Nesta somehow gains wings?)
Funny story: I shipped them so hard during my first read through of ACOMAF last May that I tricked myself into believing they were revealed as mates along with Lucien and Elain. That was not a pleasant surprise when I reread the books last month, haha . . .

I could totally see Nesta rejecting the mate bond bc she has a really difficult character and she's always bitter and angry. Sorry I'm not a big fan of Nesta bc of what she did to Feyre but I hope we'll learn more about her in the future. About her mate thing with Cassian the problem is that look at what happened with Tamlin and Feyre. If Cassian and Nesta are together maybe in the future they'll find their mates or maybe not but idk
The sexual tension between Nesta and Cassian is unreal. I really just want him to break her apart with all his Illyrian 'prowess' and loosen her up a bit. She needs it! That would steamy since Feyre and Rhysand are like an old married couple now hehe
WOW. The NESSIAN fandom after ACOWAR doubled. I'm proud to say, I shiped them since their first scene together.But, yes. I had also some doubt about them being mates. But after the scenes they shared in ACOWAR, I'm 100% sure they are mates.
This thing is, I think the bond is still too weak.
And I wasn't surprised by the end of their relationship in ACOWAR.
Back to Velaris, Nesta's wall are up again, and she is broken by the death of her father and everything. I think that she can't let go of what happened during the war like the others. So she will remain in her shell for sometimes.
Cassian, on the other hand, is a coward when it came to love. I don't know if he thinks he is still unworthy or something like that, but I want to shake him so much.
So someone has to make the first in the next novel and honestly I don't know is it going to be;;

The plot of the NESSIAN novel is probably going to be about the queens though.
Tbh, I don't ship them, and not because of Cassian but cause I barely tolerate Nesta. It's obvious that they're canon and they will end together and I can't live with it, but still don't like it. It’s her gods damned problem if she loves him but she’s so idiot/ stubborn to accept it. Cassian deserves better just because he’s great and because if your crush treats you like a piece of garbage, then you’re too much for him/her, and that person doesn’t deserve you because nobody deserves be treated like that. I insist, I don’t care if it’s just her mask. For Cassian and everybody else living a similar situation: love yourself, and don’t let anybody treats you that way

Oh, I think you don't get the complexity of Nesta's character. She is far more than just "stubborn" Sorry, but you can judge a couple kn their way of talking. She saved Cassian's life more than once. And even if it didn't happen, they are made for each other. And please, if Nesta didn't at least have something toward Cassian she wouldn't have bothered talk with him in the first. Her ecounter with Hellion is an example of that.
Yeah. I know, I just can't with Nesta... I seriously dislike her character. But I get it, love's like that and it indeed can make somebody else be better. I made a post in my tumblr about it but I reaaaaally deserve a character development for her cause til now.... what a waste of talent from her. It's ok if they end together but still don't like it.
I hope one of the next ACOTAR books will be focused on Nessian as SJM says that the next trilogy will focus on a different romantic pairing with each installment <3
I liked them in ACOMAF fine but after finishing ACOWAR I ship them so hard like their scenes together were some of my favorite scenes their relationship is so interesting and I can't wait to know more about how it'll evolve in the next books

So I was really happy with where ACOWAR left off and I wasn't to antsy for the next book, but if it's going to be about Nessian, I will MOST DEFINITELY get my hands on it the second it comes out!

The night sky r..."I really love how Maas places details so specifically. They seem irrelevant at the moment, but then she brings them back up and it's so important! Its so obvious that Maas really goes out of her way to have such a thoroughly thought out plot so there's no lose ends or plot holes.
I really hope Nessian are mates. And I know Lucien and Elaine are technically mates, but I'm really leaning toward the connection between Elaine and Azriel.
I'm an obsessed Nessian shipper! My God I'm waiting for some love between them ^^
Is it weird that I don't really like Nesta's personality but I absolutely love Nessian? I love reading about them and sometimes I open up my books just to read Nessian scenes. I feel like they're mates but I also keep wondering if SJM is just screwing with us and won't make them mates. Of course, I really hope that's not the case. They both deserve a happy ending (yeah, even though I don't really like Nesta's character she still deserves one) and I think they could make each other really happy.

I feel like they're m..."I don't think it's strange either. That's kinda how I feel about Lucien - I don't like his wishy-washy character and how he has ruined so many things. And while I understand that his past contributes to his hesitation to do that right thing, ugh, he still upsets me. So, no, I don't want him with Elain because she and Azriel are perfect together, but I still want Lucien to have someone to be happy with eventually. You know?
I don't think that having a mate actually means you have to be with that one in the end. I love what Sarah did with Elain and Azriel and hope for them to get together eventually just bc I think they're so good for each other?? On the other hand I feel pretty bad for Lucien bc you can tell that he definitely has feelings for Elain. Man this is really complicated. ACOFAS better answer some of my questions!!

Is it sad that I didn't want Nesta to be with anyone? She was so nasty yo the one that helped feed her and who helped around the house
This is by far my second anticipated ship in the series (After Feysand). Since the dinner scene in Feyre's estate, I was like "Oh man, you too better get together by the end of the series". My thoughts were confirmed by the target edition's bonus. God bless you SJM, you made me a Nessian trash.
