Das Parfum (goldryn) | 21 comments I love Nessian. By far one of my favourite pairs in all of the books I've read, they just work so perfectly together ❤
Maas is an absolute genius when it comes to plot, character development and connection to the reader-aka poor victim of the sweet torture of insomnia because they can't say goodnight to any of the characters.

And if so do u know when? I’m highly anticipating the Nessian book, but I haven’t seen many updates, and may enjoy if even more than the original books!

roxanne | 13 comments Anybody excited for the new Nessian book coming next year? 2021 WILL BE OUR YEAR! haha

I know what you mean. I've always been a die-hard fan of Nessian, but in Court of Frost and Starlight, she was really starting to annoy me. She was just so mean and ungrateful. However, now that Sarah J Maas announced that Nesta and Cassian will have their own series, I can't wait to see Nesta's character development. It will be fantastic!

A | 2 comments She’s been through a lot of trauma, and it’s just her way of coping.

.*•. ☾ sephia ☾ .•*. (sephiag) | 12 comments yeah of course, she still doesn’t know how to deal with her trauma yet, and I truly do understand that she doesn’t want to be buddy buddy with the group, because at the end of the day why should she if she doesn’t want to??

A | 2 comments Yeah she should be able to choose for herself who she trusts and wants to spend time with. But I got kinda annoyed with Feyre and Rhysand in ACOFAS because in their new house that’s supposed to include their whole family, they didn’t include any pictures of Nesta or any indication that she was a part of the family.

roxanne | 13 comments I think Nesta is a very complex and interesting character and I do think I can love her if her arc throughout the next book is written properly. However, right now, being a big sister myself, I do not understand how she can treat Feyre like that. You are right, she shouldn't have to become buddy-buddy with any of them if she doesn't want to, but she should treat her family with respect, especially after everything Feyre has done for her. She let her younger sister risk her life everyday without a second thought. Plus, in over a decade, she never even noticed that her sister could not read. That is how little attention she showed Feyre. In ACOWAR, she showed development and progress, which I appreciated very much, but after her father died, she turned back to the days of her treating Feyre like her own personal wallet. Grieving is perfectly ok, she doesn't even have to besties with her. Treating your sibling who has given and sacrificed so much for you like she is nothing but gum stuck beneath her shoes is absolutely unacceptable.

roxanne | 13 comments Even if I do not like her very much at the moment. I do think she has the potential of becoming one of my favorite characters of the series if her character growth is written properly, which I'm sure Sarah will!
