10/5/2016 Soooo September didn't work. But I read two books in September and those were the first two books I read all year, so I ain't mad about it. Also, there was one week left of September and I could either read the book or binge-watch Psych before it left Netflix on the 1st, and I chose Psych. Going to see if I can get a full challenge done.
10/30/2016 October isn't finished yet, but there's one day left that's full of work and trick-or-treating, so there's definitely no reading getting done tomorrow. So I'm going to go ahead and focus on November's challenge. My goal for 2016 was to read 10 books. Considering I didn't read any until September, I have a lot of catching up to do. I know that there's no way I can do the Read-the-Month challenge for November--that's EIGHT books. HA! I'm going to go easy on myself this month (seven books in October was a joke and I should have known better, especially with how slow going Girl With the Dragon Tattoo was) and just do 3 books. Working on which books will work for that now!
12/1/2016 Sooo I didn't finish any books. I've been reading Angels & Demons much too slowly this month. Going to push all my books from November to December. Fingers crossed!
1/8/2017 Ayyyeeee, 2017! I am going to READ this year! I didn't finish any books in December. Still working through Angels and Demons. Although I got into the good part today (read over 100 pages), so I think I'll be done soon! Hopefully can finally cross off and add to my January list. ;) Anyways, pushing all of the Nov and Dec books to January.
2/1/2017 I FINALLY FINISHED A MONTHLY CHALLENGE. I might actually read 10 books this year! (How sad does that sound?) Going to try for three books again this month in the monthly challenge. I love the read-the-month challenges better, but the months are just too long.
3/4/2017 Didn't finish any books in February. I've been reading One Day, and although I enjoy it, it's pretty small print and it's pretty long and I've been busy. So it's been slow going. I'm almost done with it though, so I'm going to aim for three books again this month.
3/31/2017 I read one book this month, but I was super busy. And One Day took more than half the month to finish and I hated the ending so much that I'm angry I spent any time on it. I started the third HP book, so that'll probably be my first book in April. I might try the Read-the-Month challenge in April since it's only 5 letters and try to read more. We'll see how it goes!
9/8/2018 MY HOW THE TIME FLIES. I've been so crazy busy with extra work the last year or so that I have barely read anything. I read a few books this week though so I felt the need to get back on Goodreads. Woohoooo. Going to check out September challenges and backdate my books.
