Default description language

Hi there!

How is the default description language to be determined?
Is the default description supposed to be in English or in the language the book is written in orinally? Or something else?

I'm wondering about this book:

The default description has been changed to Arabic as far as I can tell. As it's a Russian original I would have thought that the default description should be in either Russian or English?

I can change the description from the editon I'm adding to an individual description from the back cover, but I was wondering if I should change the default edition back, too?

Since the greater majority of the shelvings are English editions, I would keep the default description in that language.
