ISBN13 error

I was trying to add the third volume of this Sherlock Holmes set (spanish edition) and it gave me an error because the ISBN13 is already in use here: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5...
But that entry's name and description is for the whole four volumes, even though the number of pages and edition data are all the ones of the third volume. So in this case, the name of the book should be changed?

I think so (here's the worldcat.org record: http://www.worldcat.org/title/obras-c...), I changed it and separated the other (Ukrainian) edition it was combined with as it appears to contain the whole Sherlock Holmes works.

Is "Volume 3" correct in Spanish? Or would you say "Tomo 3"?
