help with wording

Hi! I'm not an English native and need some help. I'm looking for a word for a sports test someone has to do to get results about how fit they are. I've googled a lot and came up with:
Physical Performance Test
Fitness Test
Physical Fitness Assessment

Does anyone of them fit? Or do you have other recommendations?

Any of them would work just fine but I personally like Physical Fitness Assessment. It sounds like the right fit for what you are looking for.

Depends on the context. Fitness test would work fine unless you wanted something more formal.

I have also heard them called endurance tests or physical ability test (usually in a career context)

well, my book is a dystopian novel and the main char needs to go through a fitness test every once in a while. this is mandatory by law.

In the U.S. physical ability tests are the official terms for the exams required of police, fire, and paramedics. Long ago - they were called endurance exams. If I remember correctly, it was sometime in the 1990's when they changed the exams to test physical skills that these careers actually need rather than simply testing how long they could hold out.

If you want something that sounds informal I would call it Fitness Test. If you want something that sounds official\clinical I would go with Physical Fitness Assessment.
