world recovering from some form of world wide disaster [s]

This book is possibly a YA book. It is very hard to categorize because it very briefly states that this is the future earth after some sort of biological disaster or something. But the world is more historical feudle/fantasy.
The world is divided into the people that have been mutated by this disaster and those who have not. The mutated who are not bad guys in general are hunted by the norms and hide deep in the forests and barely subsist. Their village is attacked and the h kills a couple of dozen enemy with her bow and arrows. The leader wants her to teach his men the skills and he will leave the village alone. He is in charge of a castle. She saves his life a couple of times and later gets kidnapped. The h has blue hair which is her only mutation. I read this in the last 8 years as an ebook. I wouldn't be suprised if it was a free book. I want to reread and it is driving me crazy. HELP PLEASE
